Hindi language is the official language however Rajasthani is the main spoken language of the state.Rajasthani cooking is also famous, Mirchi Bada, Daal Kachori, Pyaaj Kachori, Dal Bati Churma are some dishes which tourists must want to taste on their trip to this colourful state of India. The state has a wide range of climate that varies from humid to arid. During the summer the heat is severe everywhere, June is the warmest month where temperature is found 30 to 40 degree Celsius, Dust storm and hot winds occur in summer mainly in desert tract, however January is recorded as the coolest in winter season.
