Overview

This 7-day Rajasthan road trip is a fast-paced yet immersive journey through the royal heart of India, covering vibrant cities, desert landscapes, and historic forts. Starting from Jaipur, the itinerary takes you on a scenic drive to Udaipur, the city of lakes, where you explore its palaces and serene beauty. The journey continues to the blue city of Jodhpur, followed by the golden dunes of Jaisalmer for a true desert experience. From there, you travel to Bikaner, known for its rich heritage and camel culture, before returning to Jaipur.

Itinerary Details

Day 1: Arrive Jaipur

Upon arrival in Jaipur, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, relax and unwind. If time permits, explore local markets like Johari Bazaar or Bapu Bazaar for handicrafts and traditional items.

Day 2: Jaipur – Udaipur by Drive

After breakfast, start your journey towards Udaipur, also known as the “City of Lakes.” Enjoy a scenic drive through Rajasthan’s countryside. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or enjoy a peaceful walk near Lake Pichola.

Day 3: Udaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day city tour. Visit the magnificent City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and enjoy the serene beauty of Lake Pichola. Explore Saheliyon Ki Bari (Garden of Maidens) and Fateh Sagar Lake. In the evening, you can opt for a boat ride on Lake Pichola.

Day 4: Udaipur – Jodhpur by Drive

After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur, famously known as the “Blue City.” On arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, visit the grand Mehrangarh Fort, offering panoramic views of the city, and explore Jaswant Thada and local markets.

Day 5: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer by Drive

After breakfast, proceed towards Jaisalmer, the “Golden City.” Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or explore nearby markets.

Day 6: Jaisalmer – Bikaner by Drive

After breakfast, visit Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli, and Nathmal Ki Haveli. Later, drive towards Bikaner. On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax.

Day 7: Bikaner – Jaipur by Drive

After breakfast, visit Junagarh Fort and, if time allows, the famous Karni Mata Temple (Rat Temple) at Deshnok. Later, drive back to Jaipur for your onward journey with beautiful memories of Rajasthan.
