Overview

This thoughtfully planned journey takes you across some of the most sacred cities in North India, offering a peaceful blend of devotion and cultural heritage. Begin in Varanasi, where ancient rituals and the Ganga’s timeless flow create a deeply spiritual atmosphere. Continue to Vindhyachal and Prayagraj, known for their religious importance and the holy Sangam, before heading to Ayodhya, the revered birthplace of Lord Rama. Each stop adds a sense of calm, reflection, and connection, making the trip both meaningful and memorable.

Itinerary Details

Day 1: Arrive in Varanasi

Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport or Railway Station, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, head out to explore the spiritual heart of the city. In the evening, visit the famous Dashashwamedh Ghat to witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti, a soulful ritual with lamps, chants, and devotion. You can also take a short walk through the vibrant गलियाँ (lanes) of Varanasi. Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 2: Varanasi – Vindhyachal – Prayagraj (155–160 km / ~4 hrs)

Start your day early with an optional sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, where you can see life unfolding along the ghats. Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, and Kal Bhairav Temple.

Later, drive to Vindhyachal to seek blessings at Vindhyavasini देवी Temple, one of the Shakti Peethas. After darshan, continue your journey to Prayagraj.

On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the sacred Triveni Sangam (confluence of Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati) and attend the peaceful evening aarti. Overnight stay in Prayagraj.

Day 3: Prayagraj – Ayodhya (166 km / ~4 hrs)

After breakfast, explore key attractions of Prayagraj including Anand Bhavan, Hanuman Temple (Lete Hue Hanuman Ji), and Allahabad Fort (view from outside). You may also take a boat ride at Sangam for a closer experience.Later, drive to Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi, and enjoy the serene atmosphere near Saryu River Ghats. Overnight stay in Ayodhya.

Day 4: Ayodhya – Varanasi Departure

Begin your day with a peaceful visit to Saryu River for optional स्नान (holy dip). After breakfast, explore remaining sites like Kanak Bhawan and local temples.

Later, drive back to Varanasi for your onward journey. Drop at airport or railway station with spiritually fulfilling memories.
